Why We Don't Do Digitals?
We've been asked this a time or two, "But I can print it out cheaper at ....", or "I only want to share it on Social Media". Here's the thing, it is our philosophy that the artwork we create is meant to hang in a special place on your wall. We want you to be able to capture this moment in time.
I have one good photograph of my grandmother... can you imagine if someone says to you oh can I see pictures of your child when they were a baby (and they are now 21)... oh sure let me scroll on my phone but then you realize it was another phone and you don't remember the password to your online account, or worse, your account was hacked! Gone are your photographs of your babies, your precious memories.
Our portraits are printed at a laboratory for photographers only. They are printed on quality paper that is meant to last, not just on an ink jet printer like local drug stores. Sure they are fine for snapshots - but we are talking about your precious memories.
I love going back and looking at photographs of my children, I love having photographs of them on the wall and in frames around my house to remind me of how much they have changed and yet have not.
Make sure whatever photographer you use, to have your portraits printed at a lab... and HAVE THEM PRINTED.
